After almost 7 years, as of 1 August 2013 the minimum salary increases.
For the regular week working time, the minimal monthly salary is CZK 8.500 (CZK 500 increase). For those being on hourly-based salary the increased hourly rate is CZK 50,60 (increase from CZK 48,10).
ATTENTION:
- For employees with disability pension former limits are in place (CZK 8.000/CZK 48,10)
- New minimum salary is valid also for short-term contracts.
- For employees working on part-time, minimum salary is proportionally decreased.
- There is no difference between employees currently in the probation period or after.
- There is no difference between temporary or permanent employment contracts. New limits apply.
